ILC Final Test Terms of Use

The ILC has implemented a digitized final testing process.

Students taking their examinations online must agree to be proctored throughout the duration of their exam and adhere to specific rules regarding providing proof of identity.

• ILC is committed to addressing the challenge of maintaining exam and institutional integrity within the online space. The digitized test will involve online proctoring. Online Proctoring is the practice of a remote invigilator observing a student’s completion of an exam using specialized software.

• Agreeing to the terms below will allow ProctorU to conduct online proctoring for ILC digitized tests.

• Recordings will be made and held for 2 years in order to ensure academic integrity is maintained. Biometric information will be held for 7 days before being deleted from Proctor U’s system. All details are listed in the terms below.

Please note you will not be able to take a digitized final test without accepting this policy and the Terms of Service of ProctorU.

Students must have read and signed the Terms of Service of ProctorU below. For students under the age of 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must accept on their behalf.
